The Divorce Strategy Hub is a digital platform designed to provide educational resources, strategic tools, and community forums for:

• Divorcing homeowners seeking clarity in housing and mortgage decisions

• Family law and financial professionals supporting divorcing clients

• Certified Divorce Lending Professionals (CDLP®) accessing training and business resources

The DLA is the owner and administrator of this App, and the exclusive provider of CDLP® Certification.

2. Purpose of the App

The App is intended for educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice. Decisions about your mortgage, housing, or divorce should always be made in consultation with qualified professionals.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account and select your audience type (Consumer, Family Law Professional, or CDLP®).

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You may not share your account with others or impersonate another user.

• DLA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

4. Community Guidelines

Our Community forums are segmented for different audiences. By participating, you agree to:

• Avoid self-promotion unless expressly allowed in the forum rules

• Report inappropriate content to moderators

DLA reserves the right to remove posts or ban users at its discretion.

All content, including articles, videos, reports, and training materials in this App, is owned or licensed by the DLA and protected by copyright law.

• You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without written permission.

• CDLP® members may use certain resources in accordance with their membership agreements.

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated

• Prices and availability may change without notice

• Third-party payment processors handle transactions; your payment information is not stored by DLA
